Aida Kamišalić Latifić was awarded the prestigious title of Female Engineer of the year 2019 in Slovenia, and her story was covered broadly in both national and international media. Aida Kamišalić Latifić is a founding member of the Ladies in Informatics initiative and a researcher and professor at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, University of Maribor.
